Privacy policy

You can browse, save pieces and try things on without an account. Saved pieces and your daily try-on count are kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device.

We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

When you make a try-on, your photo and a picture of the piece (a product image, a page you link to, or a screenshot you upload) are sent over an encrypted connection to an AI image model run by our provider through Vercel’s AI Gateway (Google’s Gemini image model), which makes the preview. The pictures are used only to make that one preview. Attira does not store your photo, the picture of the piece or the result; the result is sent back to your browser.

If you paste a link to a piece on another website, our server reads that page once to find the product picture. A screenshot you upload is sent straight to the model with your photo and is not saved anywhere by Attira.

If you sign in, we store your email address and the pieces in your wardrobe so they sync between the web and the Attira app. Sign-in is provided by Supabase. If you choose Google or Apple, we receive your email address from them.

When you tap Shop, we record the click as set out on the page about how we earn, then send you to the label. The label’s own privacy policy applies on its website.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which removes your email and synced wardrobe. You can clear locally saved data by clearing your browser’s site data. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@lineagehq.co.
